1. Reservations & Payments
• All reservations become binding only after they have been explicitly confirmed by us via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• To secure a confirmed booking, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount may be required. This deposit must be made via bank transfer.
• The remaining balance is due upon arrival on your check-in day and can be settled in cash or by bank transfer.
• Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the full accommodation fee is payable upon check-in.

2. Cancellation & Change Policy
As a small family-run pension, cancellations significantly impact our operations. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
• Early Cancellation: For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, 80% of the paid deposit will be refunded. Any bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Late Cancellation / No-Show: For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Booking Modification: Requests to change the dates of your reservation are welcome and will be happily accommodated, subject to room availability for the new requested dates.
3. Check-in / Check-out Hours
• Check-in: From 14:00 onwards.
• Check-out: By 11:00 at the latest. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may be considered upon prior notification and are subject to room availability.
4. During Your Stay
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor common areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided.
• Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 08:00.
• Pets: Pets are welcome to stay in outdoor areas under the full responsibility and supervision of their owners.
• Loss or Damage: Guests are held financially responsible for any loss or damage to the pension’s property caused by themselves or their visitors.
• Safety & Belongings: The pension is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings. We advise you to keep your valuables secure at all times.
5. Limitation of Liability
Barhal Karahan Pension shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during guests’ participation in outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, or other excursions. Information provided regarding transportation and activities is of an intermediary nature only.
6. General Provisions
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in the event of a violation of these terms or disruptive behaviour.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. • We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The terms valid at the time of booking shall apply.
